How to delete your Crewlog account

LAST UPDATED · OCTOBER 2026

This page explains how to delete your Crewlog account, how to undo it, and what we keep. You can delete it in the app. If you don't have the app, email us.

How to delete

In the Crewlog app, open the Settings tab and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account, just below Sign out, and follow the steps. If you use Sign in with Apple, you can also stop Crewlog from using your Apple ID in your Apple ID settings.

Changed your mind?

Deleting signs you out on every device. You have at least 30 days to change your mind. To undo it, sign in to the Crewlog app and tap Restore account. You can't restore an account on the website. Questions? Email support@crewlog.io.

Refunds

Deleting your account in the app also takes care of your subscription right away. Within 30 days of your first paid charge, you get a full refund. On a monthly plan, you get the unused days back. Annual plans don't get a partial refund, but they won't renew. Free trials have nothing to refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you restore after a refund, you'll need to pick a plan again. Read the full Refund Policy

What we keep

Sealed daily logs, including the names on them, are kept for 7 years for legal record-keeping. You can't open them through your account after it's deleted. Invoices you've already sent aren't deleted with your account. Any links you've shared to them keep working and still show the business name and phone number you put on them.
