After the billing period ends, you can still open and export existing logs. You cannot create new entries. Download what you need within 90 days. After that, active records are deleted.
Sealed daily logs are kept for 7 years, encrypted, because construction records are often needed long after a job closes. Once the account is closed, those sealed logs are not available inside the app. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
