From the crew roster, the project manager can change an account between site manager and crew. The change applies on the server the next time that person syncs. It does not rewrite entries they already saved.
To remove someone, archive them. Crewlog asks you to type their last name so a tap cannot drop them by accident. Archived people lose access. Their past entries stay on the logs they were part of.
