Only the project manager can invite. From the Crew tab, send an invite to a site manager or a crew member. They open the link, set a password, and land in the right app for their role. There is no separate text-message code. The invite link is the proof of identity.
- Site managers get the same tabs as the project manager, without lock, PDF export, or billing.
- Crew members get Home, My Notes, and Settings.
- They inherit the company’s trade. You do not ask them to pick one.
