A project manager or site manager adds a work entry by voice or by typing. Name the people, the task, and the hours. “Mike and I framed the east wall for six hours” is enough. Confirm the structured entry before it saves.
- The recorded time is set by the server when the entry is created.
- Crew members cannot add work entries. They can leave a note or a photo that the project manager turns into labor.
- Materials, visitors, incidents, milestones, and weather are separate entry types. Hours belong on work entries.
