The project manager can cancel from Settings or from the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the current period ends. You are not billed for the next period.
- Switching between Solo and Team is a plan change, not a new trial.
- Solo is for one person. When you switch, your crew and site managers keep access until the switch date, then Crewlog removes them and cancels open invites. Their notes and reports stay in your records, and you can bring them back if you move to Team again.
- Site managers and crew cannot see billing.
- We do not refund a partial month after the 30-day money-back window.
