The project manager exports a court-ready PDF for a locked day from the job. That file is the shareable record: entries, hash chain, timestamps, and photos.
For a copy of the account’s data, use the export in Settings. Do this before you close the account. After cancellation you have 90 days to download. Sealed logs follow the 7-year retention rule described in the privacy policy.
Site managers and crew cannot export the PDF.
