Crewlog has three roles. The role is stored on the server. The phone cannot grant itself a higher one.
- Project manager — full access. Creates jobs, invites people, locks the day, exports the PDF, and manages billing.
- Site manager — adds entries on site, including work and materials, and can append a note to a locked log. Cannot lock the day, export the PDF, invite the team, or open billing.
- Crew — notes and photos only. Home, My Notes, and Settings. No lock, no PDF, no billing.
